We can vote our values and win now.
Or we can complain and repent at bitter leisure the next two years of politics as usual, as government grows and gobbles up more productive jobs.
No thanks.
For the record, not the rhetoric, for people with a job or looking for one:
68.5% of Black Men are employed, 66.5% of college graduates are employed, 65.9% of Latinos are employed, 62.8% of Whites are employed, 61.4% of Black Women are employed, 57.6% of White Women are employed, 39.9% of Seniors over 55 are employed, 36.1% of White Teens are employed and 28.6% of Black Teens are employed.

We don't have an age, gender or race problem, we have an unemployment problem from too much big government gobbling up our American Dream.
The last time the numbers were this bad, Carter was President.
The Big Broken Promise for the last 86 years was that Government would wipe out poverty and unemployment:
August 11, 1928
"Unemployment in the sense of distress is widely disappearing. . . . We in America today are nearer to the final triumph over poverty than ever before in the history of any land. The poor-house is vanishing from among us. We have not yet reached the goal, but given a change to go forward with the policies of the last eight years, we shall soon with the help of God be in sight of the day when poverty will be banished from this nation. There is no guarantee against poverty equal to a job for every man. That is the primary purpose of the economic policies we advocate:
