The pen is mightier than the sword and our Constitution is mightier than the politicians.
When I was a young graduate student in psychology questioning almost
everything, including certain ridiculous traffic rules designed solely for
revenue enhancement and Judges who did not listen, a power usurper temporarily
stopped me in my tracks by calmly claiming, “You have a conflict with authority.”
It took a bit of soul searching to figure out I did not have a
conflict with all authority, but a conflict with his presumed claim to
authority, which I did not appreciate, respect or trust, since it was based on deception.
Now as a retired Senior on Medicare and Social Security, these
issues of passive aggressive authority are much clearer to see and easier to
untangle.
We live in a Constitutional Republic.
Every government appointee and elected official takes a
Constitutional oath to defend, protect, represent and serve our Republic:
Today they
are definitely not doing that, definitely not upholding our Constitution.
Politicians claim, with enabling from corporate monopoly
media propaganda, their authority for de facto dictatorship and ACORN, Benghazi
stand-downs, DHS, Drone kills of US Citizens, Fake Bin Laden kill with SEAL
team deaths, False Flag Drills, Fast and Furious Gun-running to the Drug
Cartel, Food stamp card closures, NDAA Indefinite Detention, NSA Espionage, Park
Ranger Barricades and Arrests, Special Ops Renditions, Torture and Murders, TSA
groping, bombing third-world civilians and US citizens alike without due
process, arbitrarily closing Parks, Programs and delivering a failed mandatory healthcare
system with 20 new taxes and 16,500 new IRS Agents, taking over a fifth of the
economy and destroying far more, as “Democracy.”
Amendment I:
Amendment III
No
Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent
of the Owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.
Amendment
V
No person shall be
held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a
presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land
or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or
public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice
put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to
be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property,
without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use,
without just compensation.
Amendment VI
In all criminal
prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial,
by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have
been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law,
and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted
with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining
witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence.
Amendment VII
In Suits at common
law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of
trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be
otherwise re-examined in any Court of the United States, than according to the
rules of the common law.
Amendment
VIII
Excessive bail shall
not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments
inflicted.
Amendment IX
The enumeration in
the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or
disparage others retained by the people.
Amendment X
The powers not
delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the
States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
In fact, our Declaration of Independence, US Constitution and
Bill of Rights, currently attacked, redefined and ridiculed repeatedly by monopoly media, public
servants and in public schools by CommonCore Department of Education Federale apparatchiks
dumbing citizens down, did not mention Democracy once.
Our ratified Founding Documents did not authorize Departments
of Commerce, Education, Energy, Homeland Security, Intelligence (16 Agencies
with 106,000 secret agents) or Transportation Safety at taxpayer expense. No
wonder the USA is going broke.
Plato argued in The
Republic that the best government was a communism of the aristocracy over
the middle class and democratic poor.
Some say this paved the way for Hirohito, Hitler, Mao,
Mussolini, Stalin and other tyrants, first “elected” by democratic elections, their
power subsequently enforced and maintained at the point of a gun on disarmed
citizens.
Perhaps Plato was, like Socrates, sarcastic or critiquing the
status quo in “Direct Democracy” Athens, where, out of a population of 300,000,
only 30,000 adult men with military training could vote. Slaves, freed slaves, women, youth, resident
and illegal aliens could not vote or get driver's licenses.
Our founders knew, as did Aristotle, that the best government
is based on a Constitution controlled by the numerous middle class which stands
between the rich oligarchy and poor mobocracy:
For those who possess the goods of fortune
in moderation find it “easiest to obey the rule of reason” (Politics
IV.11.1295b4–6). They are accordingly less apt than the rich or poor to act
unjustly toward their fellow citizens. A constitution based on the middle class
is the mean between the extremes of oligarchy (rule by the rich) and democracy
(rule by the poor). “That the middle [constitution] is best is evident, for it
is the freest from faction: where the middle class is numerous, there least
occur factions and divisions among citizens” (IV.11.1296a7–9). The middle
constitution is therefore both more stable and more just than oligarchy and
democracy.
The empirical historical record shows several things are
requisite for the best government;
A)
An enforced Constitution
B)
Fair free elections
C)
Uniformly armed free people
D)
Sound money
E)
Uniform taxes
Without those essential vital ingredients, mob rule and tyranny
inevitably result, no matter how glib or smooth the political rhetoric.
In reverse order, E), the USA clearly do not enjoy uniform
taxes, with Federal Reserve, foundations, unions and certain favoured non-Tea
Party 501 (c) 3 IRS political organizations exempt from taxes, people paying
eight times corporate taxes, and many corporations paying no taxes or even
getting tax refunds from other taxpayers.
In 1994 we gave published House Ways and Means testimony on
replacing the non-uniform unconstitutional income tax with a 10% flat tax (now replacing
all taxes with a 28 basis point [.0028] automatic payment transparent
transaction tax):
Since then, PhD in Market Resources Vladimir Putin rescued a bankrupt broken Russia
with a flat 13% individual and 24% flat corporate tax that increased tax
revenues and took Russia to the third largest surplus in the world:
Kazakhstan had a 10% flat tax that grew the economy 13.5%
and repaid all IMF debts, the first Soviet economy to liberate itself.
It is probable that a simple uniform 28 basis point (.0028)
Constitutional Automatic Payment Transparent Transaction Tax replacing all
other taxes will vitally reform our moribund overregulated overtaxed economy.
A
number of practical Nobel Laureates in Economics and common sense say so. Think of all
the time and paperwork saved taking politics out of money and taxation as our
Constitution intended:
The
Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and
Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general
Welfare of the United States; but all
Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States. Article
I, Section 8, Paragraph 1, US Constitution
Re D), since FDR violated our Constitution in 1933 and retroactively
outlawed only gold and silver as legal tender in settlement of debt and gold
clause contracts, in favour of Federal Reserve Note fiat money that was
promptly devalued -100% from $18 gold to $36 gold.
This prolonged the Great Depression 33 years in real terms and
led to a second World War. Since 1933 we have not had sound domestic money.
UnConstitutional
unsound money gave rise to criminal corporate gangster government, from Armed Drug
Outlaws to Prohibition rum runners to Untouchables to K Street Lobbyists, Special
Interests and all three branches of government violating our Constitution with
impunity:
The irony is Princeton and US President Professor Woodrow
Wilson, who ran for office against the money trust and war, signed the Federal Reserve Act into
law after it was passed in Congress as "Currency Reform Law" during Christmas Recess with a third of
Congress not voting.
As reward for betrayal of the American people with the European Federal Reserve Central Bank and World War I, WW got his likeness on the back
of the $100,000 Gold Certificate used by grateful banks in 1934 after gold was
outlawed domestically for citizens, corporations above the law:
Since Nixon closed the gold trade window in August 1971 and put in
failed price and wage controls to control Fed Vietnam War inflation, with the Fiat
Federal Reserve Note the only global reserve currency since Bretton Woods and
winning World War II, the USA has not had sound international money either.
Corporate Union America imported goods for counterfeited petrodollars
and deliberately exported inflation and jobs while claiming otherwise. This led
more than half the trade nations of the world to abandon the dollar for gold or
stronger currencies.
The effectual result was the deliberate counterfeiting of the
dollar by the Federal Reserve, abetted and aided by rigged elections and lack
of Constitutional government.
This penalized creditors, thrift, workers and the American way
of life when a single breadwinner in the 1950s could support an entire family
with free quality time for families and the American Dream.
Counterfeiting
subsidized borrowers, inflation and profligate debt, leading to higher debts and taxes, more government and default.
Deliberately counterfeiting our currency for crony special interests
totaled $17 trillion in Federal Treasury IOUs, $126 Trillion in unfunded
government mandates and $234 Trillion in US bank derivatives that cannot be
paid, secured, settled or traded in a public market. They dwarf our $16 Trillion economy. Yet the Secret Service, charged with stopping counterfeiting, which used to be a hanging offense, did

The Federal Reserve Note Washington Dollar, the All-Seeing Eye, the Eagle
holding arrows and olive branches, In God We Trust and the Pyramid, is now worth
less than 1% of its value in 1913 when the Fed began robbing generation after
generation counterfeiting the currency, falsely claiming to stabilize economy,
employment and inflation.
We in fact have suffered numerous bubbles and crashes since the Fed began, with the occasional apology/promise like Princeton Professor Ben Bernanke
promising Milton Freidman on his 90th Birthday it would not happen again because of Helicopters dropping Benjamin Franklins:

Current real American economic growth is not the 2.5% reported, but -1.9%. The current
unemplopyment is not the 7% reported, but 23%. The current inflation is not the
1% reported, but 9%. The US dollar fell in half since 1986:
Now trade surplus holders of Fed Dollars and US Treasury Debt
are openly lecturing Washington DC to get its fiscal house in order.
They are
quietly selling Treasuries and buying gold, oil and strategic resources on
price dips. They are building up their militaries while the current President relieves nuclear commanders of command.
No State
shall enter into any Treaty, Alliance, or Confederation; grant Letters of
Marque and Reprisal; coin Money; emit Bills of Credit; make any Thing but gold and silver Coin a Tender in Payment of Debts;
pass any Bill of Attainder, ex post facto Law, or Law impairing the Obligation
of Contracts, or grant any Title of Nobility.

Paragraph 1, US Constitution
Recently the Democrat President and Senate Majority Leader refused to
negotiate with the Republican House or pass their legislation to keep government open for 11 days of government “shutdown.” They
repeatedly rejected House legislation despite capitulation on Obamacare. They counted
on biased monopoly media polls of mostly Democrats to blame the shutdown on the GOP.
They calculated which elements of the 13% shutdown would most annoy the
electorate, like closing market data, food stamps, national parks and monuments and unemployment as non-essential services, perhaps the most Partisan Presidency in American history.
0Care is a plan already -$6.2 Trillion upside down, according
to our Government Accountability Office, after the President and previous
Speaker of the House promised repeatedly Obamacare would somehow save money by
delivering better medical care to more people at lower cost without death panels:
Re C), universal armed free Americans, today America suffers a
government bound and determined to compromise or eliminate our Second
Amendment, our great equalizer with government throughout history:
Amendment II
A
well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the
right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
Re B), fair elections, there is no positive citizen voter ID
in the majority of States. The few states that adopted it have been sued by an
Attorney General who dodges Congressional subpoenas.
The FBI learned the Mexican national assassin of a Mexican
Presidential candidate was registered to vote in the USA along with numerous
other illegals flagged by INS as illegal aliens. His family received taxpayer funded asylum.
Nevada’s largest newspaper
documented casino unions forcing illegals to register and vote the union slate or be
deported.
Counterfeit ID or out of state driver’s licenses make registration of
illegals easy with DMV laws that are unprosecuted.
We received, while working previous campaigns, numerous complaints about
dead or out of state family members who could not be removed from voter rolls
despite repeated requests. We also received unsolicited reports from union members they were given days
off to vote a list of names and precincts with cash paid for each voting
receipt serial number.
ACORN registered Donald Duck, Mickey Mouse and Pluto to
vote for Democrat cash.
There were documented reports of boxes of uncounted absentee
ballots found floating in the water or in dumps. Up to 95% of overseas votes by military were

After dangling chads and exit polls in Florida, Ohio and other
states did not confirm fair elections, vote counting machines and election
results companies, some without paper audit trails, including Diebold, Hart
Intercivic and Sytyl, were purchased by political party interests:
Numerous IRS/White House emails and visits barred Tea Party
Organizations and audited or smeared big opposition party donors. One IRS employee
received a $100,000 bonus going from banning opposition tax-exempt political organizations
to Obamacare:
The key to A) sorting out and fixing the mess in Washington DC
and Hollywood Madison Avenue Monopoly Media is We the People enforcing our Constitution, realizing biased monopoly
media propaganda and misleading public servants are not our authority.
Three Constitutional current key points are found in Article
I, Section 9, Paragraphs 2-3 and 8:
The Privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in Cases of Rebellion or Invasion the public Safety may require it.
This means no NDAA indefinite detention.
No Bill of Attainder or ex post facto Law shall be passed.
This means uniform laws and taxes that are not retroactive.
No Title
of Nobility shall be granted by the United States: And no Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them, shall,
without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office,
or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State.
Incumbent political candidates are routinely accepting special interest
funds from corporations that are legally considered foreign states in every state but
their incorporation.
Another is our Bill of Rights Fourth Amendment:
Amendment IV
The
right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects,
against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no
Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or
affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the
persons or things to be seized.The Patriot Act violates this by allowing domestic espionage without warrants.
So what is our common sense authority to challenge and overrule
the alleged authority of government when it conflicts with our Constitution?
As our Declaration of Independence stated, the authority of We the People is superior to government
and comes from a higher power, our Creator.
We have the right to alter or abolish government that is not serving our best and highest interests.
No wonder ACLU and the government are doing everything they
can to wipe out the authority of God and His commandments, claiming “Separation
of Church and State in the First Amendment.”
Anyone who reads our first Amendment knows better:
Amendment I
Congress shall make no law respecting an
establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;
or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people
peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of
grievances.
In fact, our First Amendment protects religion from government
and not vice versa.
Else why would Congress open every daily session with a prayer
from Chaplains like Barry Black in the Senate?
Why would our Courts display the Commandments,
while politicians routinely violate their claimed religions with forced taxpayer
funded abortion, ”government healthcare” and other abominations for special
interests?
All law is just if it has moral authority.

Full disclosure: I am a humbled poor retired Christian non-denominational
Native American, with many Adventist and other denominational family and friends

Winning the Tuesday 4 November 2014 General Election will depend on raising enough
