Barricades or $3 Billion Pork? Neither!



We the People insist on voting for Constitutional Representation and Government.

(Les Miserables had barricades, with 1% Marie Antionette telling hungry people to eat cake.)

Our Executive Branch of Federal Government took the opportunity of a 16-day 16% government shutdown that furloughed under a million non-essential government employees to barricade memorials and national parks, evict Senior homeowners, cut off SNAP foodstamp cards, veteran services.

The Executive Branch continued failed 0care website signups given to a Canadian company with a no-bid uncompetitive contract, right up there with Synergy and other failed government enterprises.

It and the Senate Majority Leader of the same Political Party first refused to meet with the opposition, then blamed and scolded them for closing government.

That is, the Executive Branch shut down government services until biker, trucker and Senior veteran citizens of our Constitutional Republic reminded them, We the People are your boss. 

We pay your budgets, expenses and salaries.

We think it foolish and wasteful to employ people overtime to close down national parks and programs that belong to the people by law, not the President, Senate Majority Leader or Speaker of the House, who represent and work for US, not a government redistributionist social agenda that failed in Africa, Asia and Europe.

If government employees furloughed were non-essential, why are they re-employed and given back pay? 

The myth of government as productive employer of last resort was perhaps why Mathematical Economist Baron Lord Keynes said, I work for a Government I despise for ends I think criminal. 

FDR Keynesian debt government programs turned a three year recession into a 36-year Depression and World War.

The fact is, every non-essential un-productive government employee and their benefits take at least two jobs from the productive private sector, sometimes more, when their bureaucratic red tape gums up our more efficient free economy.   

We the People stared down armed and armoured SWAT teams at the White House fence. Vets removed, carried and deposited barricades at the Capitol Mall that blocked First Amendment Rights, to peacefully assemble, and carried them to the White House to petition government for a redress of grievances.
It is our duty and right under our Constitution and Bill of Rights:

Amendment I
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Our grievance was the Executive Branch of our Government arbitrarily barricading and arresting citizens exercising First Amendment rights, while government sponsored a rally for illegal immigrant voters that left the Capitol Mall trashed, leaving citizens and overtime Capitol Police picking up their trash.

The police and secret service police who assassinated a panicked unarmed mother in front of her child were put on (paid) leave.  Too many American citizens have been killed lately by over-militarized government force agents during peacetime.

Amendment V
No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

It's ironic loyal citizen volunteers were not allowed to tend the First Lady’s unharvested  and unweeded promotional White House garden eaten by squirrels, or mow the lawn and clean the sidewalks at the Lincoln Memorial. 

The White House actually belongs to the citizens, not the First Lady, her husband, mother-in-law, Eric Holder, Valerie Jarrett, David Plouffe or any of the Cabinet still not taking responsibility for Benghazi, Domestic Espionage without Warrants, Drone kills of US Citizens without due process, Fast and Furious government gun-running, Indefinite Detention of US citizens, IRS partisanship and Rendition for Torture. 

We the people pay government public servants' expenses and salaries. They might do better to remember that, instead of compiling government enemy terrorist lists on We the People.   

Amendment IV
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Re $3 Billion Dam pork, Capitol Hill political prevaricators claimed a few (Constitutional Representatives of the People) were holding government hostage by delaying a Clean Resolution for Budget Authority. 

Constitutional Representatives actually listened to the People's complaints re a still unworkable 0Care, mandatory fines and 20 new taxes enforced by 16,500 IRS Agents. 

It was sheer insult added to injury to learn the Senate Minority Leader's State and Illinois got almost $3 Billion pork in an allegedly “Clean CR”.

In addition, while the President repeatedly showed up late and repeated his mantra he cut deficits in half, the facts are that incumbent Congresses, Courts and Presidents since 1980 ran up $17 trillion in debts and $126 Trillion in unfunded mandate liabilities.

Government also allowed US Banks to create $234 Trillion of derivatives that threaten to destroy our economy. 

In sum, citizen taxpayers and their heirs face $367 Trillion in liabilities, 22 times our economy contracting in real terms at -2%. 

In other words, if taxpayers paid 100% taxes equal to the economy, forgetting tax exempt foundations, political organizations and unions, it would take at least 22 years to repay the Federal Debt, plus Interest kleptocracy.

No wonder America rates Congress 5%, with unConstitutional Federal Court plea bargains, SCOTUS decisions and Executive Branch shakedowns rated not much higher.

Amendment VI
In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence.
 
Amendment VII In Suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise re-examined in any Court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.

Speaking/writing of the Executive Branch, why is it that the President of our country rarely misses an opportunity to show disdain for our Citizens and Country by showing up late to his announced press conferences, and rarely takes questions from the journalists he and his AG subpoenaed into submission for doing their job? 

Plus, why does a lame duck President with all the perks of office including Camp David, golf courses kept open during the shutdown, expensive vacations and more, still engage in partisan blaming, baiting and lectures to (ir)responsible Republicans, particularly when in 2006, as a US Senator, he fought raising the debt-ceiling, calling it a failure of government?

How dare he put down blogs, talk radio and the loyal opposition.  
  
The Committee to Protect Journalists, headed by the Washington Post Editor during Watergate, cites the current President using the Espionage Act as the most aggressive war on journalists since Nixon used the IRS on his enemies list. 

Need we remind our President of our First Amendment Rights again?

Fellow citizens, it is way past time for US to clean up the unconstitutional mess in Washington, DC. 

These include extended wars of aggression bankrupting our economy and disabling our youth, forced taxpayer subsidies of green card/illegal aliens/undocumented workers who lower our wages and take our jobs, unfair tax credits and trade laws that export jobs, violations of posse comitatus, and many other Constitutional grievances that our Declaration of Independence assures US we have the right to fix.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.  

If our founding fathers somehow returned to the Washington, DC swamp they built up, drained and tamed, they would not recognize or tolerate the many destructions of our Constitutional Republic.

It is time for all good citizens to come to the aid of our country, to end the Democrat Republican elite stranglehold on government and politics that crippled our economy, while bragging how much they have done for the middle class. Oh yeah?

The inconvenient facts are our real cost of living exceeds 9% and only 63.4% of our labor force is actually working, most of them with a declining standard of living, due to rising government costs.

As in 1860, when the anti-slavery Lincoln Republicans won out over the pro-slavery Democrats and Whigs, it is time for another political revolution. Jefferson prescribed one every 20 years. The last one was 1994.

Incumbents rearrange deck chairs on the Titanic. They complain about having to wash their own gym towels during "shutdown." 

The President's family is exempted from 0Care, his “law of the land.” Congressional Representatives and staff are forcibly subsidized by taxpayers up to $10,000 per family. 0Care is really 20 new taxes on the middle class with 16,500 new IRS agents.

The list of complaints re unConstitutional government goes on and on.

There is only one party for the 2014 Electoral Revolution. 

That is the fastest growing and third largest political party, that practices more liberty and less government.

Ron Paul represented the 1972 founded Libertarian Party Ron Paul in 1988 when he ran for President. 

That was well before 2008 and 2012 RINOs (Republicans in Name Only), Democrats and their monopoly media ran him off the rails outside the “Big Tent” GOP reservation with campaign caucus primary electoral fraud and lies after Dr Paul polled higher than all other candidates, including the President, and captured the imagination of Middle Class, Military, Seniors and Youth.
