I am a modest means man of some common sense who takes our civics, Constitution and country to heart.

One of the great lasting protective strengths of our Constitutional Republic is that each and every elected and appointed public servant takes the sacred oath to support our Constitution with uniform lawful just actions, rather than special interest injustices.

Our job as citizens is to vote wisely and hold our appointed and elected public servants accountable to the standard of our Constitution.

Each and every adult citizen has the opportunity to vote every two years for the US Congressional Representative they best feel, intuit, judge and think will uphold the sacred duty to our Constitution for All Americans.

Our constitution is quite clear about the powers, qualifications and responsibilities of Congress:

The House of Representatives shall be composed of Members chosen every second Year by the People of the several States, and the Electors in each State shall have the Qualifications requisite for Electors of the most numerous Branch of the State Legislature.

In other words, voters who vote in Las Vegas Congressional District 1 must be US Citizens and Nevada residents residing in District 1, not illegal alien union workers threatened with deportation or campaign machine people who vote names with fake or improper ID without proof of citizenship, as documented by Las Vegas Journal Review, the largest circulation paper in Nevada:

No Person shall be a Representative who shall not have attained to the Age of twenty five Years, and been seven Years a Citizen of the United States, and who shall not, when elected, be an Inhabitant of that State in which he shall be chosen.

The House of Representatives shall chuse their Speaker and other Officers; and shall have the sole Power of Impeachment.

We will return to impeachment, our main message and motivation to stand for Representative Congressional office in 2014 as a public servant to restore Constitutional government. First, some necessary background.

All Bills for raising Revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives; but the Senate may propose or concur with Amendments as on other Bills.

From 20 January 2009 and 23 March 2010, few important revenue/tax bills, including all budgets, shovel ready and 0Care, originated in the House as required by our US Constitution, and were opposed by a majority of Americans who saw through them as piling more debt on the backs of Americans and future generations:

House Budgets were blocked by the Harry Reid Senate and President. They were turned into continuing resolutions with repeated debt ceiling, spending and tax hike fights, lies and standoffs. 

This is no way to run a country. It is a good way to ruin a Nation.

Before he enter on the Execution of his Office, he shall take the following Oath or Affirmation:--"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."

What this means is our President, or appointed or elected public official taking this oath, is subject to impeachment and removal from office for violating our US Constitution of uniform laws for all citizens, not just special interests.

It is past time We the People hold Government accountable.

Today America faces pressing issues that threaten our liberty and prosperity.

The Migration or Importation of such Persons as any of the States now existing shall think proper to admit, shall not be prohibited by the Congress prior to the Year one thousand eight hundred and eight, but a Tax or duty may be imposed on such Importation, not exceeding ten dollars for each Person.

The Privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in Cases of Rebellion or Invasion the public Safety may require it.

No Bill of Attainder or ex post facto Law shall be passed.

In other words, the States decide whom they admit to America, and (representative) Congress controls immigration, with force if necessary for public safety.

Free affirmative action, free corrections, free education, free health care, free job subsidies and free welfare votes at the point of a government gun do not a prosperous Constitutional Republic make. Someone pays the bills sooner or later.

Every US Citizen enjoys the right to Constitutional Bill of Rights protections. These include due process with warrants, arraignment, full disclosure of charges and evidence in speedy trial by a jury of peers. They do not include being paid to not work.

The fact is that Courts, especially the secret Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, mock the Constitution. 

To expedite, 96% of the time prosecutors bully, coerce, intimidate and threaten citizens into a plea bargain. Justices and Officers of the Court are rarely removed for Judicial misconduct because they are not held accountable by voters, particularly when they stand for election unopposed.

Most of the American public have no access to cooked, crooked accurate transcripts documenting miscarriages of justice. 

Appeals are often rubber stamped while the Supreme Court routinely refuses to hear vital cases.

American citizen, adviser to heads of State and Princeton Economics founder Martin Armstrong was held in prison seven years without trial for contempt of court. 

This was one of the longest-running cases of civil contempt in American legal history. His business assets and personal property were stolen by government agents. He was beaten severely in bed while sleeping, on the face with a heavy IBM typewriter, by a forced cellmate with known violent proclivities. 

He was placed in solitary confinement without proper medical treatment until he pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit fraud. He was sentenced to five more years without credit for time served. One of the appeals judges who upheld the contempt case was cousin to President Bush. Wall Street Trustees tried to steal his life's work and savings.

Almost every day Predator drones take the lives of innocent civilians. 

Occasionally they kill US Citizens and their families. 

These American citizens did not get their Constitutional habeas corpus rights, let alone Miranda Rights. 

Why do We the People allow unConstitutional conduct by our elected and appointed public servants?

The same President who promised to close foreign torture renditions and Gitmo murders and torture, decided the kill list without due process or trial.

It was concealed and justified as National Security.

It is my considered opinion that Constitutional Government, not mayhem, murder and espionage, is a matter of National Security. 

How gullible and naive do our appointed and elected representatives think we are to accept unconstitutional government? 

Yes, Secretary Sebelius, you do work for US, we the people, and we intend to hold you accountable.

Every day someone in 16 redundant Federal intelligence agencies with 107,000 employees spied on Americans without Constitutional warrants or due legal process.

Until a Julian Assange or Edward Snowden spilled the beans, most busy Americans did not have a clue. Then the President, Intelligence Directors and their seconds lied to Congress and monopoly media, so the story would not have legs, public outrage or calls for resignation, reform and better Constitutional Representation. 

The bureaucratic corporate government espionage prison industry is a sorry business. In the old days we called it central planning, fascism, police state, totalitarian tyranny, and knew it did not work.

No Bills of Attainder means No legislation that singles out individuals, groups or classes for punishment without a trial. How about deliberately disappearing overtaxed and over-regulated Middle Class and Small Business for starters?

Perhaps the biggest challenge facing Americans is that our corporate union monopoly government no longer applies laws or protects citizens uniformly in a number of areas.

These injustices include:

•        Budgets that don’t balance, thus increasing our costs of living,
•        Departments of Education/Energy that raise costs and cut productivity,
•        Derivative defaults caused by eliminating Glass Steagall and Dodd Frank,
•        Foodstamp SNAP cuts for 47 million, including illegals and non-working,  
•        Free Speech Denials and arrests,
•        Leaders that lie to Americans, each other and the world,
•        Healthcare destruction,
•        Law Enforcement deaths,
•        Americans forced to support unproductive Americans/illegals
•        Peace and war crimes,
•        Privacy violations,
•        Property theft,
•        Self-defense violations,
•        Sound Money violations,
•        Tax Breaks for Special Interests,
•        Travel violations,
•        Welfare without work,
•        many more outrages

     The direct result of government by tax-favored corporate union special interest lobbyists was enrichment of the 1% elite with impoverishment of the 99% remainder.

History shows this 1984-style inequality and injustice inevitably becomes either electoral or violent Revolution as it was in 1776, when a few patriots with silver gave their lives and sacred honour to save our country.

No taxation without Constitutional Representation still applies. 

Tax loopholes on corporations, foundations and unions go down down down, while taxes on long-suffering individuals go up. Mandatory payroll taxes and withholding on the middle class approach half of paychecks, disabling savers and workers, while rich investors like Mitt Romney at Bain Capital paid 20% taxes on carried interests, owned two Cadillacs and many homes:

The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.

In 1999 the wife of the President, who worked on the Whitewater Nixon Impeachment Proceedings and was fired for lies and unethical behaviour, had FBI files on members of Congress. She particularly had files on the US Senate, who acquitted her husband:

The 2013 President and his wife both resigned the Bar to play power politics with Valerie Jarrett shutting down Monuments and National Parks while refusing to negotiate. They blamed the shutdown on the GOP. They lied about 0Care. They crushed whistleblowers and military leaders who refuse to abandon or fire on Americans, a pox on both parties that let this happen on their watch.

Impeachment with Conviction takes a lot of American non-partisan political courage.

Impeachment is the perfect opportunity to lead and represent all Americans, rather than squabble for special interest lobbyists payments.

Impeachment with Conviction is undoubtedly the standard needed for Constitutional Representative government and our brighter future.

We must hold officials accountable for lies under oath, unconstitutional government and related bribery, crimes, misdemeanors or treason, or we simply lose our Republic and better brighter future many take for granted.

Contrary to widespread misinformation, America was never a democracy, in the Declaration of Independence, Constitution or Bill of Rights. Aristotle and Maggie Thatcher knew democracies became mob rule voting for freebies at others' expense until the money ran out.

We were always a Constitutional Republic until we let it go for gangster government, as US Rep Michele Bachmann said before she was expelled from the Capitol Club for her apparent honesty and daring to run for President opposing corruption. Now she wants to make 0Care voluntary on her way out the door.

We can bring our Constitutional Republic back. Our future fortunes and very lives depend on it.

Otherwise we shall suffer continuing government war on American citizens, with growing civilian casualties.

Nevada may offer some of the last great hope for American liberty. 

Nevada has not been entirely Californicated, particularly in Libertarian Las Vegas where the buck stays and stops.

On Tuesday 10 June 2014, Libertarian registered citizen residents of Las Vegas, Nevada can vote a closed (Libertarian) Party Primary.

Why would anyone want to vote Libertarian? 
 
Hint: Libertarians are the third largest, fastest growing political party.

On Tuesday 4 November 2014, we can all vote an open General Election for US Rep in a district with 2:1 D:R registration.

Our lives depend on how we vote and police the polls and election reporting.

Good thing for US that the majority of voters were turned off by the usual machine political candidates and stayed home.

They will turn out en masse for a real Constitutional Representative.

I guarantee it, having worked various winning campaigns for both large parties.

Truthfully, too many current Congressional incumbents broke their Constitutional Oaths repeatedly with impunity.

9.      20 New Obamacare taxes with 16,500 new IRS Agents,
10.      Patriot Act Espionage on Law-abiding Americans,
11.      Unbalanced Budgets with Federal Debts of $149,000 per taxpayer,
12.      Unfunded Mandates including government pensions, Social Security, Medicare,      Medicaid exceeding $1,000,000 per taxpayer,
13.      Many more egregious violations of our Constitution…

Therefore, America and Americans are crying out for the politics of Justice, Liberty, Life, Peace and Prosperity. 

We shout that out here now in Las Vegas and all over America and the world.

We the People need our government to lead again by good example.

Two political parties in power from 1791 failed US.

the common and continual mischiefs of the spirit of party are sufficient to make it the interest and duty of a wise people to discourage and restrain it.

It serves always to distract the public councils and enfeeble the public administration.

It agitates the community with ill-founded jealousies and false alarms, kindles the animosity of one part against another, foments occasionally riot and insurrection.

It opens the door to foreign influence and corruption, which finds a facilitated access to the government itself through the channels of party passions.

Thus the policy and the will of one country are subjected to the policy and will of another.

Antiquated obsolete political parties and their agent lobbyists cannot, will not be reformed. 

Politicians fight and fund to their last breath to be re-elected.

Many politicians improved their net worth in 2012 and every election term prior, but not their worth as Constitutional representatives.

Politicians made abundant broken copious fainting promises for tearful transparency and other reforms:

3. Deficits were cut in half (Official debts were raised $7 trillion),
4. Fast and Furious gun-running to drug cartels prevented crime,

6. Green Energy is the future; how Mitt Romney and WEB cut their taxes,
7. Pat Tillman died a hero in a brave firefight with the enemy,
8. Raising the debt ceiling does not raise the debt, and I don’t do drugs now,
9. Too bad all those brave Seals and Troops died defending Democrazy,
10. Wars work. (How’r wars on cancer, crime, drugs, illiteracy, poverty working?),
11. We created many new jobs (while our economy continued to contract)

Politicians just did not listen to or respect the great will of the great American people. They answered to filthy lucre and mammon.

Quoting our Declaration of Independence, compromised politicians passed unjust laws for special interests opposed by the majority of American citizens. 

This created a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. And people.

Our Bill of Rights Amendment IX

The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

And Amendment X

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

America is great because Americans are great. Not hack party politicians.

The truth may be inconvenient for some.

For the rest of US, it’s about the only thing we have left.

Old Democrats and Whigs who backed slavery were replaced by Lincoln and the new Republicans in 1860.

In 2014, Libertarian voters will displace duopoly machine party candidates.

Americans will ignore the usual corrupt fixer legal maneuvers and paid monopoly media smears. They will to go to the polls on a mission with vastly increased numbers to vote for real candidates, dedicated to providing actual Constitutional Representation for the prosperity of the majority.

When the king, his Cabinet, Congress, Cooks, Court, Jester, Knights, Officers, Servants and Soldiers were just, the kingdom thrived.

Otherwise, it is more of the same old party platforms, political lies and decline of the American Dream and prosperous way of life. 

Under the deliberate politics of poverty and war, we went from one person supporting a large family, to both parents, relatives and even older children working to avoid homelessness and pay the bills. There are 1,500,000 homeless schoolchildren and 47 million on foodstamps, including veterans.

Today the Feds face Treasury debts of $17 trillion, unfunded mandates over $126 Trillion, Bank derivatives over $234 Trillion.

Combined to $377 Trillion, they exceed our $16 Trillion economy 23 times.

100% taxes would still take 23 years to pay debts due or owed, and there would be a revolution the day after they were levied.

The result is We the People suffer a government-induced misery index (inflation plus unemployment) of (9% plus 37% civilians not participating in the workforce) = 46%.

But hey, We the People still pay and permit record government healthcare, insider trading, pensions, perks, salaries and vacation travel, what a deal?!

Today, everything in the economy but debt, government spending, real unemployment, the stock market and taxes, is falling.

We have to get America back to work. 

Another war breaking things and killing people is not the way to do it.

Government became so large it sucks the soul out of voters who voted for empty promises of something for nothing. 

Big bad government is also sucking the life out of citizens too turned off by politicians to vote.

When we vote for “free” instead of freedom, we pay for it big time, up the kazoo and out the wazoo, unto the seventh generation.

Only 44% of the 2012 active voters in Las Vegas, Nevada elected the 2010 District 3 defeated House Freshman to be current Congressional District 1 US Representative.

Her votes reflect that and the special interests that funded her.

They do not represent or respect the majority of Americans or our US Constitution.

Imagine what happens in Las Vegas on Tuesday 10 June 2014 and Tuesday 4 November 2014 when the other 55% of voters turn out to vote for Libertarian Constitutional Representative government!

What happens may not stay in Vegas, but go Regional, National, or even global.

Let's make 2014 elections the sign for world hope, with the power of Constitutional politics and prosperity for American government leadership again.

Eyes, hearts and minds in America anxiously await the 2014 Las Vegas Libertarian election, as a weathervane for what majority voters decide re the future of America. 

It all depends on commitment and turnout.

One wide road toward bigger government is darker and more deadly.

The other narrow road toward smaller government with more freedom liberates the American pragmatic spirit with Constitutional justice, life, peace and prosperity.   

Do the sheeple continue down the slippery slope of big bureaucratic government wars on innocent people, more death and poverty with a record Misery Index, all while politicians claim to do good, hope and change transparently?

Or doWe the People simply and effectively return to our time-proven Constitutional Principles of justice, liberty, life, peace and prosperity for all, not just the 1% connected to DC and Wall Street.

It’s beyond time for Main Street revival.

In 2014, with any hope for government reform, it is crucial that every citizen resident legally eligible to, fund, register and vote Libertarian for Constitutional Representation and government.

Las Vegas is the fastest growing US metropolitan area, with almost 2,000,000 people.

It is criminal that the important election of a Las Vegas US Representative in office was decided by less than 114,000 votes funded by special interests.

If we look at the documented sources of funding and actual votes, we see special paid interests represent less than the 6% of the Las Vegas population who voted for the US Rep:

It is well past time for We the People to take back our country by reigning in our public servants for Constitutional Representation.

We are the only candidate limiting donations to $100 per person per election, no special interests.

Our purpose is to uphold the will of the majority, not the special interests.

To those who say it is suicide to limit donations to $100 per person per election, to go against a goliath machine politics candidate who raised $6,000,000, we say right is might.

Simple moral authority is the missing ingredient in the recipe to restore Constitutional Representation to our government.

We went from no campaign tweet followers to 1250 followers in a handful of weeks, despite repeated blockades of 2000 maximum Follows with daily restrictions of tweets to Followers by Twitter. So, more simple numbers. 

There are almost two million people in the Las Vegas Metropolitan area.

$3 a person average campaign donation matches the $6 Million the Freshman got from special interests. 

$5 Lincoln cash a person average per election will get the job done to win the race.

In the beginning, we have to raise enough $100 campaign donations in PayPal or American Eagle silver to show the professional Doubting Thomases. 

There are always a lot of them in the beginning who claim it is impossible, experts agree. Then they say it is an exception to the rule. Then they claim it was always known.

Abe Lincoln, Jack Kennedy and Ronald Reagan all had plenty of doubters in the beginning and even in the middle.

So many people were turned off by politics as usual. 

It's time for political healing.

Libertarians, the third largest and fastest growing party, now have the best chance to fix government since the Libertarian Party was founded in 1972 and Ron Paul ran for President as a Libertarian in 1988.

We all found out exactly how the RINO GOP Elite treated him in 2012 when he led the polls over all candidates and the President. Dr Paul delivered 4000 babies, wrote and practiced the politics of liberty, hit a home run at the annual Congressional baseball game at the age of 75 and spoke to overflowing campuses everywhere. 

He was disenfranchised and disrespected by the Republican committee caucuses, primaries and nominating convention in Tampa, his speech replaced by Clint Eastwood talking to an empty chair. Did the GOP win hearts and minds?

We worked enough successful campaigns in both parties to know what it takes to win: 

Experience, Exposure and Persistence.

Las Vegas District 1 Libertarian registration was a mere 1745 when we started. 

It is now 1846.

That’s a modest 6% increase with little exposure beside word of mouth, email, internet, Twitter, a Craig’s List ad and just one meeting.

When we start going door to door for to listen for donations, as we did before to win elections, we will register enough committed Libertarian voters to win the Libertarian Primary.

The sky’s truly the limit for Libertarian donations and registrations between now and 20 May 2014, seven months from now. 

Another reason for the $100 donation limit is it does not legally require violation of privacy for donors.

The campaign for Constitutional Representation in Government gets even better after winning the primary. We will save that for later.
