Why We the People will not be on the 2014 Ballot

President John Fitzgerald Kennedy said, "Life isn't fair." He would know.

America fought a revolution over "Taxation without Representation." 

Now our standard of living is lower than it was in the 1980s:

After only one party voted for 0Care without reading it, with a Supreme Court possibly compromised by 17 Domestic Espionage agencies and 200,000 government intelligence employees motivated by larger and larger government powers over the people, we suffer the unfolding disaster called Obamacare, with nary a defacto dime's difference between the two dominant political parties.

Aurora, Boston Marathon, Murrah Building OKC, Ruby Ridge, Sandy Hook, Waco and 9-11 justified unconstitutional military incursions around the world, with depleted uranium genocidal Gitmo, renditions, toxic GMOs and vaccinations, veteran deaths and disabilities warfare, violations of our Bill of Rights by government agents, with repeated broken promises of government reform:

0Care, despite claiming to be the Affordable Healthcare Act, created higher healthcare prices, more people with cancelled healthcare and less coverage, more people dumped on middle class taxpayer subsidized Medicaid, hastening its collapse. 

0Care brought Executive Fiat, US 20 new taxes with 16,000 new IRS agents from the same government organization that violated its own rules of justice, played hardball politics by auditing and attaching incomes of political enemies and refused tax exempt political organizations to groups challenging the status quo of bigger badder government.

Now as members of Congress warned, every American is on a secret government database deemed illegal/unconstitutional, despite repeated (specious) claims of denial and reform by Presidential Teleprompter Conferences, Congresses and Courts.

Today we have politically partisan government routinely violating our Constitutionally protected justice, liberties, lives, peace and prosperity. 

We the People suffer taxpayer funded Benghazi and Fast Furious false flag gun-running to drug cartels and terrorists, Domestic Espionage, Drone Terminator Strikes on citizens and civilians, Farmers paid not to farm, Indefinite Detentions, IRS partisanship, 0Care, and the Police State of Big Brother 1984 Brave New World with Perpetual Warfare opposed by the majority of citizens. 

Political Parties gerrymandered election districts for 2:1 electoral imbalances guaranteeing their party perpetual incumbents without electoral challenge or review by voters, wrote and used election laws that do not allow motivated citizens representing the non-partisan majority to file as bona fide candidates.

Incumbents funded and owned by Special Interests routinely voted for or allowed the above cited injustices to the American people.

Nevada government law thus denies We the People actually voting for real choices and representation.

In the 1991 elections that led to the break-up of the Soviet Union, the Soviet version of "none of above" led to new elections with new candidates in 200 races of the 1,500-seat Congress of People's Deputies.


More than 100 incumbents representing the Communist Party of the Soviet Union were defeated in the run-off, leading to Boris Yeltsin to later say the "None of the Above" option "helped convince the people they had real power even in a rigged election, and [it] played a role in building true democracy.” 

In Nevada, None of the Above election laws are meaningless, since if None of the Above wins majority or plurality, the next highest dominant party candidate wins:

Illegal Aliens crossed our borders in Nevada and elsewhere for mandatory taxpayer funded affirmative action, education, healthcare, housing, rehabilitation and welfare, with driving privileges and defacto right to vote for the usual Special Interests. 

Federal Government, under Attorney General Eric Holder, who as a Columbia Student participated in an armed takeover of University Buildings, ignored election intimidation tampering by the New Black Panthers, yet sued to deny voter ID laws while requiring Medicaid Cards:

As President Ford warned, more than half the people now receive mandatory transfer payments from middle class savers and a dwindling civilian workforce that is almost 42% out of work or compelled for economic reasons of poverty to give their health or lives to undeclared "wars" on other civilian populations:

We suffer standing dark ops Armies of perpetual warfare around the world to benefit war mongers and profiteers.

Thanks to the Supreme Court denying, dismissing or ignoring Birther cases as not having "standing" and the SCOTUS Citizens United decision that gave citizenship and power to perpetual legal fictions, we now have a President with a possible forged birth certificate and selective service card, with reported multiple social security numbers and travel to Pakistan when it was not legal for American citizens, who possibly got government education funding as a self-reported Indonesian Citizen, along with Corporate, Foundation, "Intelligence" and Union Special Interests controlling government for the 10% at the expense of the 90%:

No wonder the majority of Americans no longer vote.

Maybe it is time to reconsider Byzantine voter laws after Ron Paul, who led polls ahead of Obama, Romney and other primary caucus candidates, was denied convention delegates, recognition, seating and vote results by his own party, guaranteeing election defeat.

Party political candidates from President Obama to US Representative Titus in District 1 Las Vegas were certified and elected by minorities of active voters. 

Obama was elected by only 29.7% of active registered voters, while Titus was elected by 31.2%  of same, both minorities, not majorities:

We think it is way past time for the end of party politics as usual and a return to unified representative elections for all American citizens.

President George Washington presided over the convention that drafted our United States Constitution and Bill of Rights so dishonoured and violated today by party politics. 

Washington delivered his "Farewell Address" by publication in a Philadelphia newspaper. 

It quickly spread to newspapers across America and became a popular pamphlet. 

During the Civil War, it was read every year in Congress until 1984, when it was abandoned by the House.

Washington was twice elected out of retirement as a non-partisan candidate and President. 

With two nascent political parties, the Hamilton Federalists and Jefferson's Anti-Federalist Democratic-Republicans, Washington advised American citizens to view themselves as a cohesive unit and avoid political parties. 

He also issued a special warning for all American citizens to be wary of attachments and entanglements with other nations and military establishments:

"The unity of government which constitutes you one people is also now dear to you. It is justly so, for it is a main pillar in the edifice of your real independence, the support of your tranquility at home, your peace abroad; of your safety; of your prosperity; of that very liberty which you so highly prize."

Thus we make our determination and concluding statement that until all citizens and only citizens are allowed to exercise their Constitutional electoral rights to file and vote for any and all candidates, we will have only a shadow of the Constitutional Republic our Founding Fathers created and defended against tyranny.

We have the technology.

Now we need the will for freedom, justice, peace and prosperity...
