Law Enforcement Defines Election As Referendum: Obama's Amnesty Means 'Tidal Wave' Of Illegal Immigration
As Americans prepare to vote in Tuesday’s midterm elections, top sheriffs from across the country are warning: If President Barack Obama succeeds with his plans for an executive amnesty, there will be a flood of new illegal immigration into America this country the likes of which this country has never seen before.
“The law applies to you and I as citizens, and yet it appears there is no law when it comes to illegals,” Pinal County Arizona Sheriff Paul Babeu said in a statement provided to Breitbart News.“The message the President’s action will send is this: if you can get to the border, you’re home free. It completely undermines the rule of law and makes the job of every law enforcement officers – which is already difficult – impossible.
We already have our hands full because the border is not secure: imagine what the situation will look like when the President gives executive amnesty to those already here.
It would unleash a tidal wave of illegal border crossings, overwhelming law enforcement. It will be open season for the cartels.
Again: the border is not secure now – to give a presidential amnesty would be to make matters dramatically worse for our officers who are trying to do the job the President won’t.”
Maryland’s Frederick County sheriff Chuck Jenkins said that Obama’s planned executive amnesty, if it succeeds, will turn every county in America into a border county.
“In my opinion, based on what I’ve seen, every county in America will become a border county,” Jenkins said.
“What were going to see from the President's action is not only the cost to healthcare, social programs, and education, but the increase in criminals coming into our country.
You’re going to see increases in crime, infiltration from transnational gangs, the drug trade and human trafficking.”
Tuesday’s election, Senate Budget Committee ranking member Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL) wrote in an op-ed for Fox News, is a referendum on Obama’s plans for an executive amnesty.
“Every single Senate Democrat voted for the Obama-backed plan to provide immediate work permits to 12 million illegal immigrants – allowing them to compete for any job in America,” Sessions wrote, adding later in his column a direct plea to American citizens.
Sessions, speaking to American voters, wrote that “with your vote, you have the power to prove them [Washington and corporate elitists pushing for amnesty] wrong.”
“You have the power to deliver a message they won’t forget,” Sessions wrote.
Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) has made the same argument in recent months, after legislation he introduced that would defund and block Obama’s amnesty plans passed the House.
“President Obama has decided this election will be a referendum on amnesty,” Cruz said in early September on the Senate floor as he headed for an immigration showdown with Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid. Reid, using his majority of Democrats in the Senate, blocked efforts by Cruz, Sessions, Sen. Mike Lee (R-UT) and others to pass the bills defunding Obama’s amnesty.
Several GOP Senate candidates, like New Hampshire’s Scott Brown, Arkansas’ Tom Cotton and Georgia’s David Perdue—among others—have made stopping Obama’s amnesty a central theme of their campaign.
Sessions has worked to help all three win their races, writing articles for and providing critical messaging for them in the home stretch.
Cotton appears likely to win by a large margin on Tuesday, and Brown has come from behind in a big way in a race that comes down entirely to turnout.
Perdue may win outright on Tuesday, but a libertarian in the race may send that contest against liberal Democrat Michelle Nunn into a January runoff.
Republican National Committee (RNC) chairman Reince Priebus, in a recent interview with Breitbart News and tele-town hall with TheTeaParty.net, promised Americans that if they deliver the Senate Majority to the GOP then Republicans will stop Obama’s planned executive amnesty.
“While I can’t speak for the legislature, I’m very confident we will stop that,” Priebus said, while adding he believes the president’s plans are “un-American.”
“We will do everything we can to make sure it doesn’t happen: Defunding, going to court, injunction,” Priebus said. “You name it. It’s wrong. It's illegal.
And for so many reasons, and just the basic fabric of this country, we can’t allow it to happen and we won’t let it happen. I don’t know how to be any stronger than that. I’m telling you, everything we can do to stop it we will.”
Sheriff Sam Page of North Carolina’s Rockingham County said America should prepare for a “surge” of illegal immigration—and the criminal activity that comes with it—if Republicans don’t succeed in stopping Obama, as Priebus promised.
“Human trafficking, drug trafficking and criminal activity are coming through our borders, but not staying near our borders – it’s getting into every part of the United States,” Page said in a statement provided to Breitbart News.
“This is a public safety issue – a terrorist or any other kind of criminal may cross our borders. We just don’t know who is coming across.
If the President issue his executive amnesty, you’ll see a dramatic surge of people coming in from all countries, including Central America – and again we won’t know who’s coming in: gangs, drugs, cartels, public health threats, human trafficking.
We’re not catching but a small percentage of those coming across.
This will place public safety in our communities in danger, and taxpaying citizens will be left picking up the tab.”
Hidalgo County, Texas, sheriff Eddie Guerra said America should prepare for a “terrible situation” if Obama succeeds in his plans.
“We are going to see what I’m seeing here on the border in larger and large numbers, which is a huge increase in illegal immigration coming across our border,” Guerra said.
“An amnesty order is going to create more people an incentive to come into the US. The drug cartel will exploit any opportunity to come into the United States, and this will create the cover for them to continue exploiting our porous border. This will create the opportunity for kidnapping, trafficking, sexual abuse, prostitution, and smuggling. These smugglers have no regard for human life. They destroy private property. They have no respect for law enforcement. They circumvent US checkpoints.”
Sheriff Tom Hodgson of Bristol County, Massachusetts, said even states as far away from the border as his Bay State are not safe.
“It will dramatically increase the draw for illegal immigrants to come into our country, because you have the President of the United States sending out a message that we have no problem with people ignoring our immigration laws,” Hodgson said.
“They’re looking for a wink and nod that says ‘yeah, come on in’ – we’ve seen it with the DACA. It is the worst message you can possibly send. Come in, don’t worry about the laws, don’t wait your turn. You invite people to ignore our laws.
We have no knowledge of these individuals’ background or criminal histories. We have minors coming in right now who have confessed to murder.
We in these communities are left trying to find out: who are these people?
If we didn’t learn anything else post-9/11, it’s that we need to know who is in our communities and what they’re purpose is.
The President’s planned order is a formula for national disaster and public safety.”
Hodgson added that the message—and invitation—Obama is sending to the rest of the world through an executive amnesty could undermine the United States' system of government.
“When the President of the United States is sending a message that he’s not concerned with lawbreaking, those words are the beginning of the destruction of our democracy,” Hodgson said.
“When you have the President saying you can come in unlawfully without consequence, basically the President is saying to do the world: don’t respect our laws.
That’s what I worry about: if you don’t protect the framework of democracy, then you risk losing democracy itself.”

Voter Turnout Wins Representation
WASHINGTON
— Democrats are nervously counting on an enduring edge among female
voters in most states to prevent a Republican rout in Tuesday’s
elections.
Yet so great is the uncertainty that even before the returns
are in, some are second-guessing the party’s strategy of focusing more
on issues like abortion and birth control than on jobs and the economy.
The
danger for Democratic candidates is that their advantage among women
could be so reduced by dissatisfaction with President Obama and the
country’s course that it is not enough to offset Republicans’ usual edge
among the smaller population of male voters.
Should that happen, a
party pollster, Geoff Garin, acknowledged, “They’ll lose.”
But
he and other Democratic strategists professed optimism, however
tempered, for the party’s imperiled Senate majority, among other things.
Mr. Garin pointed to surveys of states with the most competitive Senate
contests showing that on average Democratic candidates lead among women
by about 12 points, while men favor the Republican by an average of
nine points. Since women account for more than half the electorate,
Democrats theoretically can withstand some erosion of support.
As
for the party’s emphasis on women’s issues, he said, “If Democrats
weren’t running on these issues, the situation would be much worse.”
“The
headwinds that you get from Obama and other factors affect everybody —
they don’t only blow in the faces of men,” Mr. Garin added.
“Even in the
face of those headwinds, Democrats are still much better able to
succeed with women voters than with men voters.”
In
Kentucky and Louisiana, new polls grabbed attention for suggesting that
Republican Senate candidates had made inroads with women.
Senator Mitch
McConnell of Kentucky, the Senate’s Republican leader, was essentially
tied among women with the Democratic challenger, Alison Lundergan
Grimes, in a Bluegrass Poll taken Oct. 25-29.
But the poll, by SurveyUSA, does not meet polling standards of The New York Times because it was partly conducted using automated phone calls.

Louisiana’s
embattled Democratic senator, Mary Landrieu, narrowly led her
Republican challenger, Bill Cassidy, among women and men likely to vote
by Tuesday, according to a poll conducted Oct. 11-24 by the University
of New Orleans Survey Research Center.
But both groups flipped in Mr.
Cassidy’s favor for the expected December runoff election that will be
required by state law, assuming neither candidate exceeds 50 percent.
Yet
in a number of battleground states for the Senate and for governor,
Democrats continue to have enough of an advantage among women to be in
contention, even though many of the states are heavily Republican.

The latest news, analysis and election results for the 2014 midterm campaign.
That
was true for Senate candidates in Colorado, Iowa, Georgia, Arkansas,
New Hampshire and North Carolina, recent polls indicated.
In Iowa, a
Democrat, Bruce Braley, had a 12-point advantage among women over his
Republican rival, Joni Ernst, who led by 15 percentage points among men,
in a poll conducted for CNN/ORC International this week; over all, the
two were statistically tied.
Ms. Ernst has been a particular target of
women’s groups because — unlike Cory Gardner in Colorado, another
Republican Senate candidate — she has not backed off her support for a
“personhood” amendment conferring constitutional rights at conception,
which would effectively outlaw abortion and some fertility treatments
and birth control methods.
Both
parties’ strategists are scouring the rush of final polls and state
tallies of early voters to gauge whether Democrats are succeeding at
their ambitious goal that has defined this campaign season: persuading
and turning out women, particularly minority and unmarried women.
Those
are Democrats’ most reliable supporters, but also the groups most likely
to skip voting in a nonpresidential election year. Married white women
are more likely to vote, and tilt toward Republicans.
Democrats
and allied women’s groups say they are confident the party’s candidates
will do better among women than in 2010, the previous midterm election
year, when Republicans overall won female voters by a single percentage
point and captured a majority of the House and many state legislatures.
Page Gardner, founder of the Voter Participation Center, which works to
increase voting among unmarried women, said single women are more
engaged than earlier in the year.
A recent Washington Post/ABC News
poll, however, suggested their interest is lower than in recent
elections.
“It’s
certainly true that we’d be doing better if we were doing better with
women, but I do not see a disproportionate drop with women relative to
men,” said Anna Greenberg, a Democratic pollster.
Trends
are hard to discern from the array of state and national polls.
The
evidence about women’s leanings is mixed, and sometimes contradictory.
In
Arkansas, the Republican candidate, Tom Cotton, was tied with Senator
Mark Pryor among women in a poll of likely voters conducted Oct. 4-7 by
Fox News. Yet Mr. Pryor had an 11-point edge among women in an Oct.
19-23 poll for NBC News and Marist College’s Institute for Public
Opinion.
“On
balance, I am not convinced the Democrats will make sufficient inroads
with white women to make up for the margin by which they are going to
lose white men,” said Bill McInturff, a Republican pollster.
Democrats have not won a majority of white women since 1992.

Tuesday’s results, Mr. McInturff added, would tell “whether it is possible that the single-minded focus that most Democratic candidates attached to the ‘war on women’ meant they never conveyed an economic and jobs message that might have led a higher chunk of the persuadable male vote to vote Democrat.”
Republicans increasingly make that argument that Democrats miscalculated in their zeal to galvanize women who otherwise would not vote in a midterm election — especially since The Denver Post this month endorsed Mr. Gardner, the Republican candidate, for Senate, criticizing the Democratic senator, Mark Udall, for an “obnoxious one-issue campaign” about contraceptives.
Democrats counter that Republicans use the phrase “Republicans’ war on women” more than Democrats to stoke a backlash among older and married women who reject partisan, feminist-sounding rhetoric and lean Republican.
Ms. Greenberg said Republicans were “deliberately misconstruing” Democrats’ legitimate attacks.
Yet she and other Democratic strategists complain their party has not effectively espoused a broader economic agenda, when women tell pollsters their top concern is jobs and the economy.
White House aides say the president has tried to show how to make the case for Democratic policies and to take some credit for the economy’s growth, yet Mr. Obama himself is an unwelcome messenger given his unpopularity.
Nonetheless, on Friday the president was in Rhode Island to speak — as the White House announcement put it — “on the economy and the importance of pursuing policies that help women succeed.”

How to Overcome Rigged Elections
Most US states have certain voter rights by law:
NRS 293.2546 Legislative declaration of voters’ rights. The Legislature hereby declares that each voter has the right:
1. To receive and cast a ballot that:
(a) Is written in a format that allows the clear
identification of candidates; and
(b) Accurately records the voter’s preference in
the selection of candidates.
2. To have questions concerning voting
procedures answered and to have an explanation of the procedures for voting
posted in a conspicuous place at the polling place.
3. To vote without being intimidated,
threatened or coerced.
4. To vote on election day if the voter is
waiting in line at his or her polling place to vote before 7 p.m. and the voter
has not already cast a vote in that election.
5. To return a spoiled ballot and is
entitled to receive another ballot in its place.
6. To request assistance in voting, if
necessary.
7. To a sample ballot which is accurate,
informative and delivered in a timely manner.
8. To receive instruction in the use of
the equipment for voting during early voting or on election day.
9. To have nondiscriminatory equal access
to the elections system, including, without limitation, a voter who is elderly,
disabled, a member of a minority group, employed by the military or a citizen
who is overseas.
10. To have a uniform, statewide standard
for counting and recounting all votes accurately.
11. To have complaints about elections and
election contests resolved fairly, accurately and efficiently.

Did SEIU Ballot Fraud Play Role in Harry Reid Re-Election?

Email to friendVotes without voters - the notion seems like something from "The Twilight Zone." Yet this outcome, the result of a mysterious computer glitch, may have helped re-elect Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid over his Republican challenger, Sharron Angle, last week by a 50.2%-44.6% margin.
Actually, the "mystery" is very likely the doing of a local of the Service Employees International Union (SEIU), which nationwide provides votes, money and muscle for the Democratic Party.
Critics are charging that voting machines throughout Clark County (Las Vegas), where about three-fourths of Nevada's population resides, were rigged to place check marks next to Reid's name before a person even had voted.
County officials insist that no tampering occurred.
But the possibility can't be dismissed, especially given that one of Reid's sons is county commission chairman.
The Service Employees, with around 2.2 million members and affiliates, has emerged as one of the most powerful forces in American politics.
This union of public- and private-sector employees by now is an adjunct to the progressive wing of the Democratic Party; i.e., most of the party.
It has good reason for assuming this role.
SEIU leaders know that if its preferred candidates win, government at all levels likely grows.
And that means more contracts, employees and dues for the union.
Andrew Stern, who stepped down as Service Employees president this spring after 14 years, last year boasted his organization spent $60.7 million to get Barack Obama elected president.
The union also spent an estimated $44 million in the most recent election cycle, almost all of it on Democrats.
The union long has cultivated close relationships with another unofficial party appendage, the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now, or ACORN.
Indeed, SEIU Locals 100 and 880 (the latter recently reorganized as SEIU Healthcare Illinois & Indiana) were founded during the Eighties as ACORN projects.
At times it is difficult to determine where the Democratic Party ends and the union begins.
The SEIU, having worked overtime for the party, has been rewarded with almost unlimited access to the current administration.
Records show that Stern was the most frequent White House visitor last year, raising widespread suspicions that he'd violated federal lobbying statutes.
President Obama's political director, Patrick Gaspard, had been a top operative for SEIU and a number of ACORN fronts.
Few unions worked harder and longer to secure congressional support for Obama's initiatives, most crucially, the exhorbitant health care overhaul whose sleight-of-hand passage was co-engineered by Harry Reid.
The Service Employees doesn't just operate at the national level.
It has built dedicated cadres of organizers and fundraisers in many states, Nevada, with its large hotel-casino workforce, among those states.
[Note previous allegations casino unions recruited low wage illegal employees from Drug Cartels, who then sent money back to the cartels.]
During the recently concluded election cycle, the SEIU donated $500,000 to Patriot Majority PAC, a Washington, D.C.-based political action committee formed in October 2009 by Democratic Party strategist Craig Varoga; the PAC in turn spent $1.3 million on Reid's Senate campaign.
But the Service Employees also may be supplying labor for Democrats in a rather insidious way.
A collective bargaining agreement (CBA) between Clark County and SEIU Local 1107 puts the union in charge of servicing all voting machines.
The agreement reads as follows:
The County hereby recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive collective bargaining representative of the County employees assigned to the classifications listed in Appendix A who are eligible to be represented by the Union except as limited by Section 2 of this Article. The Union shall be notified of additions to the list of classifications (Exhibit A) within seven (7) days of posting for the position classification and shall receive 30 days advance notice of any deletions.Page 75 of this agreement indicates "Voting Machine Technician" to be a classified SEIU position in Exhibit A.
Although the CBA expired on June 30, 2010, it remains in force because of language in Article 43 which grants an indefinite year-to-year extension until one party deems it unworkable.
Given that SEIU Local 1107 technicians run Clark County voting machines, any glitches in the end must be the responsibility of these workers.
And these glitches appear to have been no accident.
In late October, during early balloting, for example, a number of voters in Boulder City (southeast of Las Vegas) complained Reid's name already was checked.
According to one eyewitness, Joyce Ferrara, the problem was rampant.
"Something's not right," she said. "One person, that's a fluke. Two, that's strange. But several within a five-minute period of time - that's wrong."
Clark County Registrar of Voters Larry Lomax doesn't see evidence of vote fraud.
He cited high-sensitivity touch screens as the most likely explanation for any discrepancies between voter intent and result.
He stated that it would have been impossible for voting machines to put a check mark next to a candidate's name without a voter's consent, adding that nobody had reported the problem to him or anyone else on his staff.
Nevada SEIU spokesman Nick Di Archangel also dismissed the possibility of fraud.
"The machines cannot be compromised," he assured Fox5Vegas.com in an e-mail.
Yet such responses raise the issue of why Reid's opponent, Sharron Angle, didn't benefit from these apparent mishaps.
Angle's lawyer, Cleta Mitchell, was blunt about what she saw as the reason, adding a new charge as well.
In a campaign fundraising e-mail she wrote:
Harry Reid intends to steal this election if he can't win it outright.
As a result, we need to deploy literally dozens of election law attorneys and poll watchers to combat these tactics at a cost of nearly $80,000.
That's over and above our current budget...
Now, this week in Las Vegas, at our election hotline, we received reports that some teachers' union representatives were offering Starbucks cards to people to get them to vote for Harry Reid.
It is even more disturbing and may be possible that they are using their influence and authority as educators to entice students on behalf of Reid.Nevada isn't the only state where electronic voting "malfunctions" seemed to selectively afflict GOP candidates in 2010.
Here's one account from North Carolina:
In North Carolina, an incident was reported in which a voter tried to vote a straight Republican ticket and instead the voting machine indicated that a straight Democratic ticket was voted.
Sam Laughinghouse of New Bern said he pushed the button to vote Republican in all races, but the voting machine screen displayed a ballot with all Democrats checked.
He cleared the screen and tried again with the same result, he said.
Then he asked for and received help from election staff.
‘They pushed it twice and the same thing happened,' Laughinghouse said.
‘That was four times in a row.
The fifth time they pushed it and the Republicans came up and I voted.'Whether or not union members serviced voting machines in that state, the reality remains this: Electronic voting is less than tamper-proof. And that creates a window of opportunity for fraud.
What raises a cloud of suspicion over Harry Reid's victory by nearly six percentage points is that he actually had been the underdog.
Four separate Rasmussen polls prior to the election had Angle ahead.
Two weeks before the big day, she was up 50% to 47%.
A week later, she'd extended her lead to 49%-45%.
In other words, the pendulum had swung in Reid's favor by at least 10 points in the final week. That's a rather odd turn of events amid a Republican landslide.
It's noteworthy that Senator Reid's eldest son, Rory, serves as chairman of the Clark County board of commissioners and was the Democratic nominee in the 2010 governor's race, losing convincingly to Republican Brian Sandoval.
One could argue, in devil's advocate fashion, that if Rory Reid couldn't rig his own victory, there is no way he could have done likewise on behalf of his father.
It's a valid point, but it doesn't necessarily let Reid the Younger off the hook, who was behind in the polls by at least 20 percentage points.
Sandoval wound up winning by 53.4% to 41.6%.
A Rory Reid victory in the gubernatorial race would have so improbable that it might have raised too many suspicions for comfort, whereas Harry Reid, who had far more at stake, was close enough in his own race to make a rigged victory look legitimate.
Is this idle speculation? An investigation would be the only way to find out.
Unfortunately, a recount is not likely possible.
In addition to being highly vulnerable to hacker attacks that switch out memory chips (thus altering how votes are tallied), computerized voting leaves no audit trail to see who voted for whom.
Moreover, Nevada's Sequoia AVC Edge touch-screen machines have a documented history of high vulnerability to errors and infiltration.
And most egregiously, voting officials in that state, as in others, may have a habit of removing memory cards and hard drives not long after the polls close, thus eliminating evidence of voter intent.
In federal elections, such a practice is against the law.
The Retention of Voting Documentation Act requires retention for 22 months of "all records and papers, which came into their [election officials] relating to an application, registration, payment of a poll tax, or other act requisite to voting."
If Clark County, Nevada has been less than punctilious about observing this statute, it might be a reflection of who's in charge.
A criminal investigation, then, appears the only way of getting at the truth.
It wouldn't be a first for Nevada.
A state probe of voter registration fraud in connection with the 2008 elections yielded evidence that dozens of ACORN-hired canvassers from a state prison release program had submitted hundreds of suspect, if not phony, registration cards.
Former Las Vegas ACORN Field Director Christopher Edwards eventually pleaded guilty to two gross misdemeanor counts.
Bill Wilson, president of Americans for Limited Government, issued a post-election statement calling for a joint federal-state investigation of Harry Reid's recent Senate election:
It is positively outrageous that in Clark County, Nevada, the SEIU Local 1107, which supports Harry Reid, controls the ballot boxes by contract through their representation of the voting machine technicians.
It is not surprising that Senator Harry Reid's name was automatically checked off on the ballot when individuals went to vote.
The U.S. Attorney's Office, the Nevada State Attorney General, and the U.S. Marshals need to act now to ensure that the SEIU does not continue to compromise the integrity of ballots in Nevada, and anywhere else in the country.What if an investigation turns up nothing?
At the very least, Nevada and other electronic-voting states should go back to manual voting for the time being, and hire more poll watchers and attorneys.
The monstrous Josef Stalin famously declared: "Those who cast the votes decide nothing.
Those who count the votes decide everything."
In a perverse way, he was right. We're finding that out in Nevada.

Whoever corrupted the machines against me assumed no one knew me in northern Nevada.
They were damn wrong. I received 49,000 votes in 2012?
No, rather I was permitted by the Republicans and Democrat [riggers] to receive 49,000 votes.
I would have had far, far more in a fair race. The Republicans and Democrat [riggers] are lying, cheating, thieving bastards and that’s the only way they stay in power...
The current, one term, outgoing governor Brian Sandoval is a complete coward. I’ve repeatedly challenged him to a debate on TV any place, any time with no notes and he has not made so much as a whimper. Here you can see one of my challenges.
I also challenge any leader of the Democrats to debate. The Republicans and Democrats are both led by swine.
There are good people in both parties, but both parties are led by vile, narcissistic psychopaths and I’m calling them out.
The only way they stay in power is to GIVE THE PEOPLE NO OTHER CHOICE.
You should all be voting third party for every office from now on.
You cannot claim to want change and continue to re-elect the same pigs from the same two parties while expecting any real change.

Stuffed ballots, rigged voting machines, and illegal immigrants voting
With the election just under two weeks away, evidence of rampant Democrat voter fraud is already pouring in.
First, it was surveillance cameras catching a liberal activist apparently stuffing hundreds of ballots at a polling place in Arizona (as I noted on Tuesday).
According to Maricopa County Republican Party Chairman A.J. LaFaro, a liberal activist wearing a “Citizens for a Better Arizona” T-shirt walked in while poll workers were on an extended lunch and started shoving piles of ballots into the ballot box.

According to the web site Illinois Watchdog, Cook County Board of Elections representative Jim Scalzitti insists that every vote being switched to a Democratic candidate is a “calibration error.”
And now, it is Obama’s amnestied illegal immigrants registering to vote.
According to the Winston-Salem Journal of North Carolina, State Board of Elections (SBOE) officials recently uncovered 145 names on their voter rolls that belonged to illegal immigrants who were recently granted “Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals” (DACA) status by Obama.
These would be people who have no legal right whatsoever to vote in our elections, but who are now registered to vote.
Earlier this month, those same officials sampled 1,600 names from their overall list of 10,000 voters who were identified as “legally present” by the DMV (i.e., non-citizens who may or may not have become citizens and obtained voting rights since getting drivers’ licenses).
They cross-checked the names against a U.S. Department of Homeland Security database, known as SAVE, and found that 6% of the 1,600 registered voters they sampled are not eligible to vote.
As Breitbart News notes, if this ratio holds true for the entire list of 10,000 registered voters, then roughly 600 voters from that list will turn out to be illegal immigrants who have no right to vote.
What’s more is that these fraudulent voters could very well end up swaying the outcome of many incredibly close elections this year…like North Carolina’s dead-heat Senate race.
Of course, these elections are only being kept so close in the first place by ultra-wealthy leftist billionaires (the left’s actual base) rushing in to prop up wildly unpopular Democratic candidates who are facing complete and utter electoral annihilation this year, according to all the recent polling.
Investors’ Business Daily adds:
We’re reminded of the case of Melowese Richardson, the Hamilton County, Ohio, poll worker who was convicted of casting multiple votes for President Obama.
When the Virginia Voter Alliance cross-checked voter rolls in Virginia and Maryland, it announced that it had turned up 44,000 people registered to vote in both states at the same time.
The group also identified 31,000 dead voters via the Social Security Administration’s Death Master File.
Just this week, an Arizona ballot monitor caught a man wearing a Citizens for a Better Arizona T-shirt stuffing hundreds of early ballots in a ballot box, while guerrilla filmmaker James O’Keefe revealed undercover footage of liberal activists in Colorado urging him to fill out unused ballots, a violation of the law.
Also in Colorado, campaign workers have been going door to door, asking voters for mail-in ballots, a practice some fear could be abused.
Meanwhile, in New York City, it’s official: There are 850 registered voters who are officially listed as 164 years old or older.The bottom line:
There is a reason the party of ACORN hysterically smears any and every voter ID law as racist.
Democrats simply cannot compete on a level playing field and must lie, cheat, and steal at every turn to win.

The Solution:
Okay now, having been informed of systematic widespread election fraud and what to look for, here is what we do to win for Constitutional Representation in 2014:
A) We do not use absentee ballots or hand them to anyone. We record any absentee ballot irregularities such as uncounted boxes floating in the water or discarded in land fills as reported:

B) We observe and vote on early voting or voting days, long lines and all, noting any violations of the law such as partisan ads or partisan activity around the precinct.
We point them out to the Precinct Officials and take their names.

We make dated and timed notes of any and all irregularities upon leaving the polling precinct and email them to usnvrepcan@gmail.com
B) We take our cellphone cameras into our voting booth on election day to record any and all abnormalities like our voting for an Independent indicated as a vote for a Democrat or Republican.
We document or record our polite asking for help from a registered election precinct worker with any voting irregularity, and their remedy/response.
We do not record our vote until the machine irregularity is fixed.

C) We recognize that while the incumbent US Representative in Las Vegas District 1 was elected by 17% of District 1 residents in 2012, 94% in Malta vote, recognizing it as their sacred civic duty:

It was clearly obvious that all of the mainstream media was complicit in undermining the Americans voice to be heard.
You are given the illusion that you have choices, but they really only give you a choice between two establishment (Dem or Repub) individuals who both work for the same corporate oligarchs and national and international banksters.
Suffice to say, it is rigged and you have no choice, the choice has been picked already (what do you think Bilderburg scum is?).
It was obvious the way Ron Paul was snubbed, it was a kick in the teeth to Americans.
Time to fix the problems.
I think if they are going to use electronic voting machines, every individual person who votes should be given a printout of who they voted for- NOT just one you can view before you leave.
This is the only way we can prove an improper vote count.
We can make a copy of our receipt and provide it to David’s campaign managers to get an accurate tally for comparison.
Otherwise- we need PAPER BALLOT VOTING REINSTATED.
Aren’t Americans sick of being deceived yet?
Aren’t you all sick of the lies, corruption, trashing of the constitution, no one ever held accountable, treating Americans like government officials are above the law and the citizens are nothing but cannon fodder?
Who are these people? Why do we stand for it?
The first step is to start at the local level and vote for someone with genuine integrity, someone who knows what’s going on and wants to fix it for the betterment of all Americans.
David transcends beyond the left/right paradigm and if you look closely, he is the best fit for both Democrat and Republican voters. He covers all bases, and then some.
Quit voting party line just because you are blinded by ignorance and vote for THE RIGHT PERSON.
And, especially, quit voting for someone because of whatever race they are, that is the stupidest way to vote EVER.
I stand with you David. I hope we can spread your information from the top of Nevada to the bottom, and from the east to the west (and everywhere in between).
