OKC Bombing Coverup Continues

Outrageous coverup of 1995 OKC bombing continues

By Jon Rappoport

July 27, 2014

Utah attorney Jesse Trentadue claims his brother, Kenneth, was killed during interrogation, in federal custody 19 years ago, because Kenneth resembled the "other suspect" in the OKC Bombing case, John Doe #2.

The FBI claims Kenneth, with "41 wounds and bruises (according to AP)," committed suicide.

Attorney Trentadue states there was another man with Tim McVeigh at the scene of the Bombing on April 19, 1995---and it wasn't his brother.

The FBI claims McVeigh was alone.

To settle this issue, in 2009, as AP reported, the FBI finally gave Trentadue some security tapes from buildings near the Murrah Federal Building. Magically, the tapes were all blank just before and after the Murrah Building was blown up at 9:02AM on 4/15/95.

Now, Trentadue has filed a FOIA suit against the FBI. He wants more tapes. A trial begins Monday.

The FBI claims it can't find more tapes.

Everybody connected to the OKC bombing case knows there is another reason the FBI is tap dancing and lying:

Actual video footage of the Murrah Building falling would show the fabled truck bomb didn't cause the damage to the Building and didn't kill 168 people inside.

Video footage would show a straight-down demolition-type collapse. Meaning: charges placed on the columns did the true damage.

In 1995, while investigating the Bombing, I interviewed 4 explosives experts, and they concurred that the force of an ANFO truck bomb would have dissipated rapidly in the open air and failed to create so much destruction.

More importantly and specifically, the profile of the damage (which columns remained, and which fell) excluded the possibility that a bomb in a truck was the weapon.

Some columns closer to the famed Ryder truck stayed up; other columns farther away went down.

Shortly after the Bombing in 1995, I spoke to a reporter at the Daily Oklahoman. She said she'd interviewed a man who'd seen the Murrah Building collapse. He told her it went straight down, demolition-style.

I managed to reach this witness. He said he didn't really see the Building go down.

I got back to the reporter. She was furious. She told me she had his statement in her notes. "I'm not making this up," she said.

I also interviewed Hoppy Heidelberg, a grand juror in the OKC Bombing case. He told me he'd tried to persuade the prosecutor to call bomb experts as witnesses, but he was flatly turned down.

In 1995, anti-federal-government sentiment was rapidly spreading across America. Then, in the wake of the Bombing, President Bill Clinton gave a landmark speech. He basically told Americans they should come home to the government, the destruction of a federal building and the killing of 168 people was a heinous act that proved the real attitude of these "anti-government" groups. But security would be restored.

The speech was heralded as a "return to order and confidence." Major media coverage of popular opposition to federal power receded.

From 1995 on, Americans who asserted federal power had expanded far beyond Constitutional boundaries have been labeled as potential terrorists.

9/11 took that accusation to a whole new level:

"The central government is always right. Those who say it's fundamentally wrong are dangerous and/or mentally ill."

Moscow refutes Washington’s ‘innuendos,' says US shares blame for E. Ukraine crisis

Russia's Foreign Ministry said Moscow is outraged by the US State Department's "unfounded public innuendos." Moscow criticized Washington’s attitude, saying it is pushing the new regime in Ukraine towards a "massacre of the Russian-speaking population.”

The US has launched a campaign to “blacken Russia” in connection with the events in Ukraine, the ministry said.

"During briefings in previous days, she (spokesperson Marie Harf) has produced a load of anti-Russian clichés, which Washington stubbornly tries to impose on international opinion,"
the Foreign Ministry said in a statement.

On Thursday, Harf told journalists in Washington that Russia plans to supply “heavier and more powerful rocket launchers” to the self-defense forces fighting against the government troops in the Lugansk and Donetsk regions of Ukraine.

Harf also claimed that she has “intelligence” evidence that the Russian military was firing artillery across the border into Ukraine to target Kiev’s forces.

The Russian Foreign Ministry stressed that the State Department failed to provide any proof to back their accusations, “which isn’t surprising as facts and specifics to support those imposturous claims simply don’t exist.”

“Day after day, Washington is reproducing the unsubstantiated fabrications streaming from Kiev; and comes up with ‘fiction’ of its own. The goal of those actions is clear – to conceal the true causes of what is happening in Ukraine; to exculpate its Kiev wards and themselves,” the statement said.

Moscow has reiterated that by supporting the coup-imposed authority in Ukraine, the US has “pushed the new regime towards a brutal massacre of the Russian-speaking population, which demands its legal rights to be respected.”

“The US administration should stop shifting the blame. It would’ve been a lot more honest and responsible to simply remaining silent if it’s so difficult for them to admit the truth,” the ministry said.

The Russian side has also expressed regret that the US State Department's “dedication to anti-Russian propaganda” only leads to more tension between the two states.

“However, it is not the first time that something like this happens,” the statement concluded.

Power shifted in Ukraine in February, when President Viktor Yanukovich was ousted from office.

The government crackdown in the country's southeast started in mid-April, after residents in the Donetsk and Lugansk regions refused to recognize the new authorities in Kiev and demanded federalization.

The Ukrainian military and National Guard resorted to airstrikes and shelling in their struggle against self-defense forces in Donetsk and Lugansk.

On July 10, Ukraine’s deputy health minister spoke of 478 civilians being killed in the conflict, with nearly 1,400 people receiving injuries.

Tensions between Moscow and Washington heated up once again last week, after the Malaysia Airlines flight MH17 tragedy.

A passenger plane carrying 298 people crashed in Ukraine on July 17. The West has accused anti-Kiev rebels of shooting down the jet.

The US believes the militias are supported by Russia.

Moscow has denied the accusations, saying it spotted a Kiev military jet next to the Malaysian Boeing just before the tragedy occurred.

The flight recorders from the Malaysian plane were unsealed in a UK lab, with their memory cards copied for analysis.

The inspection revealed no evidence of tampering with the devices, which may be crucial for investigation, the Interstate Aviation Committee reported on Friday.

What do you think it would take for Russia to Start thinking of US as an Ally

Bugsy 25.07.2014 20:14

Putin is 10x the leader Obama could ever be. Its absolutely disgusting what a coward the US president is. Instead of going to eastern europe personally and really trying to aid in the peacful solution to this problem, he spends his week fundraising in Los Angeles, for an election he is not even a part of. If russia can get Ukraine back peacefully, Good for them.

Bugsy 25.07.2014 20:14

This is not about Russia or the US or any one particular country. Its simply about money and power, and truthfully I understand that, its human nature to want more for yourself and your family. I am not a Russian, and I am not in favor of the way in which they govern their citizens.

nick d 25.07.2014 20:14

The First Black U.S. President systematically brought swastika-wearing fascists to power in Ukraine to start a war on Russia’s borders. The passengers of the Malaysian airliner are victims of Obama’s carefully crafted apocalypse, a pre-fabricated conflict that could consume us all.

Washington is embarked on a mad, scorched earth policy to terrorize the planet into submission through relentless escalation into a global state of war. Unable to maintain its dominance through trade and competition, the U.S. goes beyond the brink to plunge the whole planet into a cauldron of death.

The level of unsubstantiated propaganda being directed against Russia regarding downing of MH17 reached unprecedented lows.

There is tangible desperation across Western media .. their political spheres and within their corporate-financier funded policy think-tanks as they attempt to reassert their agenda and narrative not only upon the crisis in Ukraine but upon the world as their weakening grip apparent to all.

Obviously US satellite photos don't support Obama regime’s lies. If they did USA would have released them to great fanfare days ago.

Very true!

WorkTogether 25.07.2014 20:06

Everyone of my wide circle of friends all over the world and their friends, ignorant and initially fearing Russia, have become stern supporters of her now; have got to understand Russia, love Putin and Lavrov and thought the Sochi Games were made in heaven...

But there is great sadness about the arrogance and hegemony and obvious in the face lies of the US gov, because most western people have always trusted the US, were very excited that Obama would bring the greatly needed change to his country.

But alas today we all see this obviously clever man looking anything but happy, relegated to another fascist puppet too!

William Daviau 25.07.2014 18:59

The war in the Ukraine is not America's war. Why are we so involved? Does America need to take a side in every dispute, even when our interests are not served by taking sides?

If we care so much, why aren't we simply promoting a vote by the people of each region as to what they want to do.

Such good conversation and put across with great clarity. Why does US gov not play the altruistic peacemaker, the world had hoped she'd be and not the now, very hated 'policeman'?

Why the yen for global dominance? Who is threatening the US - nobody!

Please William.........the US started the mess with Victoria Nuland and expansion of NATO close to the borders of Russia. US corporatism and economic takeover of Ukraine to appease EU. The Russians are brave enough not to accept the US rhetoric.

Yes Tim, right you are!

WorkTogether 25.07.2014 19:48

Washington's whole foreign policy is built on innuendo's (hidden lies) all over the world.

Russia of course has always been the country they desired to demonize the most as Russia has not and never will be at their beck and call.

They can't handle it, hence they resort to cheap talk. However, all their actions and talk will boomerang on them because the Truth always returns to boomerang Lies.

If US politicians want to save even a teeny bit of face, they should abandon their foreign policies, stop meddling in the affairs of other countries and start rebuilding the USA. The world like Russia, wants peace!

WorkTogether 25.07.2014 19:37

Le Ruscino 25.07.2014 19:29

I think Russia is coming out of this with a lot of respect by a peace loving majority who realise how very difficult it has been for Russia to take the massive provocation by the US to get into a war based on American lies with a presstitute MSM that have no shame at all.

Bravo to Russia as the truth comes out in the end and bit by bit it's emerging now for all to see!

Obama has truly shamed the US for evermore - please Americans vote in a person who does not want WW3 next time.

Incredibly well said Le Ruscino! Wish I could paint your words in all the sky!

brian 25.07.2014 19:27

Having spent $5 billion to enslave the Ukraine, the US now finds itself out maneuvered by Russia. Washington now turns its anger toward Russia. US policy has not changed over the years, to demonise your opponent and then to justify engaging in war. Unfortunately the opponent in this case is Russia, hence the need to lash out verbally...Like Syria.

Tim 25.07.2014 19:21

Marie did Barff a lot today, it's a puppet!

Anna Charles 25.07.2014 18:40

Also, you have to despair when the US admin employs people like Marie Harf as Spokeswoman. There is nothing about her voice, countenance or deportment which inspires trust or confidence. Even her expression reveals a personality stretched by deception and delusion.

Are We Going to War in Ukraine vs Russia?

the Ministry of Defense has raised the issue of direct US military support in the military campaign in Eastern Ukraine

The [US] granting of the “status of ally outside NATO” would set the stage for the possible deployment of US and NATO forces inside Ukraine in the context of joint military operations with the Ukraine Armed Forces and National Guard.

Collapse of Ukraine Government: Prime Minister Yatsenyuk Resigns amidst Pressures Exerted by the IMF

imf-ukraine

Global  Research, July 24, 2014

Ukraine’s Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk announced his resignation in the Rada (Parliament) and that of the entire Cabinet on Thursday, July 24.  This decision was taken following the withdrawal of two parties from the coalition government and the non-adoption of two important pieces of legislation, which had been demanded by the International Monetary Fund (IMF)

“I announce my resignation after the collapse of the coalition and the blocking of government initiatives …

“In connection with the breakup of the parliamentary coalition, as well as non-adoption of a number of important bills, I announce my resignation,”
The resignation of the Prime Minister signifies the collapse of the government and the resignation of the entire cabinet.

“But the cabinet members will continue fulfilling their duties until a new coalition is formed in the Rada.”

On July 24th, the Rada failed to support the government’s bill pertaining to the 2014 budget sequestration, which had been demanded by the IMF on behalf of Kiev’s external creditors.

The disbursement by the IMF of the “Second Tranche” of a 17 billion dollar policy based loan was conditional upon the prior adoption of this legislation.

“The parliament must adopt amendments to the state budget needed to finance our army and also documents needed for cooperation with international financial institutions. [e.g. IMF, World Bank, EBRD]” said PM Yatsenyuk. (emphasis added)

The entire country is in an impasse.

No money will be forthcoming from the IMF until this legislation is adopted.

In the meantime, Ukraine remains on the blacklist of its external creditors [including Russia].

Moreover, a controversial draft law on reforming the country’s gas transportation system was rejected (Itar-Tass, July 24, 2014).

Both bills were tied into the government’s negotiations with both the EU and the IMF.

What Happens Next?

The national economy is in crisis, the political structures of the country are in total disarray, all of which is occurring in the immediate wake of the Malaysian Airlines MH17 crash in Eastern Ukraine.

The two parties which left the coalition are The Neo-Nazi Svoboda party and the Centre Right Ukraine Democratic Alliance for Reform (UDAR) Party led by former champion boxer Vitali Klitschko.

President Poroshenko (above) has intimated that the resignation of the cabinet has paved the way for a process of meaningful political restructuring:  “Society wants a full reset of state authorities,” said Mr Poroshenko.

What is implied by Poroshenko’s statement is that the parliamentary process is slated to become defunct inasmuch as Rada is obligated to adopt the legislation demanded by the IMF and the European Union.

And if the Rada does not adopt the legislation, the composition of the Parliament will be changed through a process of outright political manipulation.

The 2014 budget project demanded by the IMF includes massive cuts in social spending coupled with increased allocations to the Armed Forces.

Its adoption will contribute (virtually overnight) to a further process of the impoverishment of the Ukraine population.

The speaker of the Rada, Mr. Oleksandr Turchynov confirmed that the Ukraine Democratic Alliance for Reform (UDAR) and Svoboda (Freedom) would be invited to propose a candidate to occupy the post of interim Prime Minister.

So much for democracy: the leader of a Neo-Nazi formation Oleh Tyahnybok (Image below) will play a key role in the appointment of an interim Prime Minister to replace
Mr. Yatsenyuk.

Parliamentary elections will only occur if the Rada fails to forge a new coalition government within the next 30 days:

The breakup of the coalition “was probably agreed on by political parties seeking elections and the president,” Yuriy Yakymenko, the head of political research at Kiev’s Razumkov Center, a non-governmental policy group, said by phone.
“Withdrawals from the coalition should not paralyze the parliament’s work,” Poroshenko said before Yatsenyuk announced his resignation.” (Business Week, July 24, 2014
Yatsenyuk intimated in his resignation speech that the State was bankrupt and that failure to abide by IMF demands would create social chaos:

“The fact is that today you failed to vote for the laws, and I have nothing (with which) to pay wages of policemen, doctors, teachers; nothing to buy a rifle with, nothing to fuel an armored personnel carrier with.
Today you failed to take a decision to fill the gas storages to allow us to live through the winter, to at last free ourselves from dependence on Russian gas,” (Rada, July 24, 2014)
The IMF Program and the Interim Government

In the days following the Ukraine coup d’Etat of February 23, which led to the ousting of the duly elected president, Wall Street and the IMF–in liaison with the US Treasury and the European Commission in Brussels– had already set the stage for the imposition of the IMF’s “strong economic medicine”.

Following the installation of the interim coalition government, Prime Minister Arseny Yatsenyuk dismissed the need to even negotiate with the IMF. He called for an  an unconditional acceptance of IMF shock therapy:

“We have no other choice but to accept the IMF offer”.
Yatsenyuk intimated that Ukraine will “accept whatever offer the IMF and the EU made” (voice of russia.com March 21, 2014, emphasis added)
In surrendering to the IMF at the outset of the interim government in March 2014, Yatsenyuk was fully aware that the proposed IMF-World Bank macro-economic reforms would brutally impoverish millions of people, including those who protested in Maidan against the Yanukovitch government.

The adoption of the more ruthless components of the IMF’s economic package requiring supportive legislation had been delayed until after the May 25 elections.

Cracking Down on the Party of Regions and the Communist Party

Meanwhile, the government is cracking down on the Ukraine Communist Party which is now illegal as well as on the Party of Regions, both of which were firmly opposed to the IMF policy reforms.

Ukraine as An Ally without NATO Status

In turn, the Ministry of Defense has raised the issue of direct US military support in the military campaign in Eastern Ukraine, where the Donbass militia have repealed the forces of the Kiev regime.

“The current situation testifies to clear Russian interference in Ukraine and its military support to terrorist groups active in Ukraine’s eastern regions…

Right now, Ukraine’s armed forces need international support more than ever before”, said Deputy Defense Ihor Kabanenko to David Baldwin, commander of the California National Guard. (Kiev Post, July 24, 2014)

Commander Baldwin was in Kiev for high level consultations with the Ministry of Defense.  In the course of his meetings with DeputyDefense Minister Ihor Kabanenko, Baldwin announced on behalf of the US government that:

“The United States of America is considering the possibility of granting Ukraine the status of an ally without membership in the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO).…
Baldwin said that the American side highly appreciates its cooperation with the Armed Forces of Ukraine and that it is ready to provide comprehensive support to them.
He stressed that a draft law on prevention of Russian aggression, adoption of which will allow Ukraine to obtain the status of an ally of the United States without NATO membership, is currently under consideration by the United States government.
… President Petro Poroshenko has asked the United States Congress to declare the self-proclaimed “People’s Republic of Luhansk” and “People’s Republic of Donetsk” as terrorist organizations and declare their members as terrorists.
Poroshenko believes that when sanctions are not working, there are grounds for appeal to the United States Congress to grant Ukraine the special status of a major ally outside NATO (like Israel, Australia, and the Philippines) to enable it to solve its security problems. (Ukrainian News, July 24, 2014, emphasis added)
The granting of the “status of ally outside NATO” would set the stage for the possible deployment of US and NATO forces inside Ukraine in the context of joint military operations with the Ukraine Armed Forces and National Guard.
